Returns
You have the right to return any product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with online purchase withdrawal regulations.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

The package was delivered damaged

The product is defective or not working
In these cases, the return is free of charge and will be handled directly by us through our courier service.
How to request a refund
To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

Log in to your customer area

Go to "My Account" > Order history and details

Select the order containing the product you wish to return

Inside the order, select the specific product

Enter the reason for the return

Click on "Request a refund"
Once submitted, our team will review your request and contact you with the return instructions.
Make sure the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept the return or process the refund.
